Rate and Scheduling
My rate is $125 USD per hour.
Individual sessions may be scheduled here (through Calendly) up to 3 months in advance. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hourly rates are fixed for a minimum of one year from the first session.
If you plan on booking 10 hours of sessions or more, you can save 10% by purchasing 10-hour blocks. These hours can be used anytime during the academic year in which they were purchased. At the end of the academic year, any unused hours will rollover to the next academic year. Contact us for details.
Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance using the above links. Payment may also be made using Venmo or Zelle (contact us for details), if preferred.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the start of the session will receive a full refund or reschedule. Reschedules more than 24 hours before the start of the session will be made based on availability. Reschedules and cancellations within less than 24 hours will incur the full session fee.
Refunds
After the first session for a particular topic, sessions are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the first session, a full refund will be issued upon request. Alternative tutors and/or resources may be provided on request.
